How it works

The credit fires on a paid invoice, not on a signup or a trial. If they never pay, nothing is owed and nothing is promised.
If that payment is later refunded, or lost to a chargeback, the credit is reversed. The conversion it paid for did not hold.
€500 is the lifetime ceiling for one account, not a monthly one.
It is account credit against your next invoice, not a payout. We do not send money.

Credit is applied in your own billing currency (€), not the currency your colleague pays in.
