A check is one creative in one market. Checking the same copy across three markets spends three; a rewrite spends 3.

Month to month. No lock-in.
Past your plan's quota, checks keep running at €0.25 each, the same flat rate on every tier, billed only for the extras you use.
Tell us which market a campaign runs in, and we check it against that market’s own regulator, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
FTC (Act §5 substantiation) + FDA (structure-function / disease-claim line)
US ad-claim rules require a reasonable basis before you publish, and health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence. We check your copy against the FTC/FDA surface for your vertical.
EU: Reg (EC) 1924/2006 (nutrition & health claims) + the authorised-claims register (Reg (EU) 432/2012) + Reg (EC) 1223/2009 (cosmetics, Art 20) + UCPD
In the EU a health claim on a food or supplement is prohibited unless it is on the authorised-claims register and used within its conditions of use, and a cosmetic may not imply functions it does not have. We check EU-market copy against the EU health-claim and cosmetic-claim surface for supplements and cosmetics (our EU launch verticals).
UK: the CAP Code (section 15 food/health, section 12 medicines & beauty), enforced by the ASA, + the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register + MHRA (separate from the EU post-Brexit)
UK advertising is governed by the CAP Code (enforced by the ASA) and, for health claims, the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register — separate from the EU since 2021. We check your copy against the CAP Code surface for supplements and cosmetics (our UK launch verticals).
Germany: Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG §11/§12) + Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG) + UWG, layered on the EU baseline (Reg (EC) 1924/2006 / 1223/2009)
A rule pack per vertical per market — US FTC, EU EFSA, UK ASA — where every rule points at the provision it came from. A language model reads your creative against those same packs, so it catches what a pattern misses without inventing a rule that doesn't exist. What changes between plans is volume and seats.
German supplement and cosmetic advertising is checked against both the EU baseline and Germany’s stricter national health-advertising law — the HWG ban on referring to serious diseases (e.g. cancer) and on prohibited advertising forms (doctor endorsements, before/after, fear appeals), plus the medicine-by-presentation line (AMG) and the UWG unfair-competition rules that drive German enforcement.
